Damages to products during shipping are not covered under our warranty. Any loss of business, business interruption, profit, delays or expenses for damaged goods should be directed to the shipping company.
We reserve the right to void the product warranty if our examination and testing of the returned products conclude that:
- Unauthorized product modifications or alterations were made
- There was a failure to provide proper maintenance
- Improper use, operations and/or storage
At our discretion and only after the defective products have been returned and have been found to be defective through our testing and examination, will we repair, replace or refund the original value of the product or replace it with a product of equal or lesser value. Please note, that ANYLOAD is not responsible for loss of business, business interruption, profit, delays, expenses or any consequential damages resulting from the failure of our products.

Replacement products or parts will be covered under the remaining warranty term of the original product(s) purchased. Unless otherwise stated or agreed by ANYLOAD, load cells are guaranteed to be free from defect in material and manufacturing from the date of shipment from ANYLOAD for a period of:
- 1 year for our standard load cell product line
- 1 year for custom designed and manufactured load cells
Our load cells are covered under warranty from corrosion and water damage under the following conditions:
- Load cells constructed from the following stainless steel: 17-4PH, SS304 and SS316
- Load cells with ingress protection ratings of IP68 and IP69 only

- 1 year for balances, bench scales, counting scales, crane scales, pallet jack scales, parcel scales and vet scales
- 3 years for the FSP series floor scale shell constructed from mild or stainless steel structures excluding the load cells and junction box
- 5 years for the Heavy Duty FSP series floor scale shell excluding the load cells and junction box
